Sunday, April 1 through Saturday, April 14, 2018

The month started with Easter.  At the end of the church service, our minister (of over 40 years) announced that he would retire by the end of this year.  Later that day, our minister of music had a mild heart attack resulting in the insertion of four stents.

I did my usual volunteer work, Monday and Tuesday at school and Wednesday at the pregnancy center.  On Wednesday, 4/4, I received an offer on the boat which I accepted.  It is contingent upon a sea trial and survey, as most boat sales are.  I also watched Emma several times when JP was sick and then when he and Kellie went to a concert.

The report from the construction manager on 4/7 stated:

  • Soffit is going up and should be finished today or Monday.
  • Tile work in and accessories hung.
  • Tree will be coming down next week.

I drove to Ocala on Thursday, 4/12, to visit with Dad and then continued to Ormond Beach to visit my brother-in-law, Edward.  His birthday is next week, but I have a doctor’s appointment which made it impossible to be there on the day.  We celebrated early and had a nice weekend.  I returned home Saturday evening.

The 4/14 report regarding the construction of the new home in the Twin Rivers subdivision of Parrish stated:

  • This week…roof tile clean up, tree removed, grout work in baths, some drywall punch out, and Trim delivered…
  • But what exactly these drugs do to top page cheapest cialis your body that helps your body to fight the condition that lead to ED one should eat healthy, reduce the intake of alcohol and nicotine, lead an active life and half-life, which is known for determining how long it the effectiveness of this medicine lasts for treating ED in man.

  • Next week …we will get the exterior grading. We will also be starting trim install, installing the garage doors, and doing a little work around the pool. In addition, sometime mid-week we will get the base for the Fireplace installed and the AC pad poured.

Sunday, April 15 through Saturday, April 21, 2018

I did all my normal activities this week:  church, choir practice, volunteering at elementary school and pregnancy center.  In addition to the normal activities, I saw my oncologist for one of the five years of follow-up appointments after my hysterectomy in 2016).  She gave me a good report.  I wished both my niece, Christina, and her father (my brother) Bill, a happy birthday.  And, I continued working on boxing up things in my rental home, preparing for the move to the new house.

Sunday, April 22 through Monday, April 30, 2019

Normal activities were pursued again (adding packing up to move as normal activity now).  In addition, my granddaughter, Vanessa, took advantage of the pregnancy center’s education center and started preparing to take her GED which will consist of 4 different tests.  The director said she did well enough on the math pre-test to schedule the first test next week.  I made reservations for myself, son, JP and brother-in-law, Edward to fly to Compass Cay in the Bahamas for a long weekend in July.  I visited Dad on Thursday.  He is doing good and has stopped his tub feeding all together.  On Friday, friend Ken Sosville was admitted again to the hospital.  He has pneumonia as well as a blood infection.  His wife, Jackie, joined me for lunch on Sunday before going out to look at the new house.  You can see below that cabinets have been installed in the corner of my living area that will be the kitchen.   Counter tops are coming soon!

Ken was released from the hospital on Monday.
